We have just renovated Alex's place to give our guests everything we believe that they need for a comfortable stay. As Varkiza is a small sea front town 18 km far from Athen's city center you can enjoy your stay not only on the beachfront of Yabanaki beach but also visiting easily the historical sites and museums of Athens. In a half hour drive you can also visit Cape Sounion and the important temple of Poseidon and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets of Europe. The supermarket next door and many dining options all-around could make your holidays really relaxed.

Varkiza is one of the south coast suburb of Athens. It is a very active neighborhood especially on summer time. Yabanaki beach is one of most well organized beach of Athens riviera with many beach bars, Watersport ,restaurants and children's area. You have many options of restaurants, cafes and open-air movie theaters. During fall and winter it is a lovely place for walks and tranquility.
