Also, at a distance of 200 metres there is the central harbor of Kavala where you can find tourist boats which organise cruises and of course the ferry boat to Thassos island for a nice oneday tour. Moreover, at the central square there is a train that can transfer you to the old town named “Panagia” for free. At a close distance there are “Kamares” (the ancient Kavala’s aqueduct), the Archaeological museum, Rapsani beach (1,7km), Perigiali beach (1,7km), Kalamitsa beach (2,4km), playgrounds for our younger friends, 4 parking lots and many taxi ranks.
