Στο χώρο υπάρχει 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και ένας καναπές που γίνεται κρεββάτι και μπορεί να κοιμηθεί 1 άτομο . Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει ντουζιέρα. Ο χώρος διαθέτει 1 κλιματιστικό. Έχει ιδιωτική βεράντα με τραπέζι και καρέκλες.Υπάρχει πρόσβαση στον κήπο με το γκαζόν ,όπου υπάρχουν 3 κούνιες για παιδιά. Στο χώρο αυτό μπορούν να παίζουν( όχι τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας). Στο μπάρμπεκιου υπάρχει τραπέζι και χτιστά καθίσματα,που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν όλοι οι επισκέπτες . Υπάρχει πισίνα που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθει 10.00-13.00 και 18.00-20.00. Τα παιδιά κολυμπούν μόνο με επίβλεψη γονέα.
