House locate only 130 meters from the sandy beach Paralia Portaria. Suitable till 7 persons and baby extra. Villa Portaria (AM beach house, Villa Maria ) 3 bedrooms.(2 on 2d floor and 1 studio on ground floor with separated entrance and own WC toilet and shower),totally 2.5 bathroom. Terrace with kiosk and furnisher , Big balconies, A/C in all rooms and kitchen, WI-FI strong, free parking in front, nearest new beach bar 170 meters with sub beds and umbrellas, free beach in front, others organized beach bars 400 and 550 meters Fully equipped kitchen on 1 floor, with washing machine, small salon, TV, toilet . 2 bedrooms on the 2d floor, one Sea View with king bed and another with side sea view with big bed and small sofa, all have big balcony and bathroom 0- ground floor is the 3d bedroom - studio with separated entrance with windows, with its own bathroom, ketler, Macro W, 1 sing+1 new sofa bed in it. Can be renter SEPARATELY. Guests have big terrace with Tent and small BB, shower., huge balconies with furniture in all up rooms and salon. We offer free WiFi and parking. Fantastic Aegean Sea with long SANDY beaches. BEACH is in 130 meters from HOUSE. The Beach have BLUE flag- highest mark for ecology and clean.
