Amorosa is an Adults Only accommodation complex located in Sivota, Epirus, opposite Zavia Beach and approximately 1 km from the central square of the village. The centre of Sivota can be reached in about 13 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. Amorosa consists of four double studios, all located on the second floor and accessed via an external staircase with 35 steps. Each studio features a private terrace, kitchenette and a different view type: Land View, Side Sea View, Partial Sea View or Sea View. The studios are approximately 18–26 sq.m. and are designed with a clean, natural and minimal aesthetic, creating a calm and romantic adults-only atmosphere. All studios include a large double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, mini fridge, private bathroom, small kitchenette with cooking hobs, and an espresso machine. Free on-site outdoor parking is assigned per studio.
