Είναι ένα φωτεινό διαμέρισμα περιτριγυρισμένο από δέντρα , 25μ. από τους καταρράκτες της Έδεσσας. Είναι άνετο με ανακαινισμένους χώρους ιδανικό για οικογένειες και για ζευγάρια. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 5 επισκέπτες. Το διαμέρισμα έχει μία πλήρη εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα , με οικιακά σκεύη και υλικά , καθώς και air conditioning για θέρμανση ( τα καλοριφερ δε λειτουργούν) και για ψύξη. Επίσης διαθέτει COSMOTE TV, Wi-Fi 300 Mbps, πυροσβεστήρα, κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών και ανιχνευτές καπνού σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Το διαμέρισμα έχει κουρτίνες αλλά όχι παντζούρια για αυτό και διαθέτουμε μάσκες ύπνου, καθώς και μαλακά και σκληρά μαξιλάρια για όλες τις προτιμήσεις Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη θέα από το μπαλκόνι , καθώς βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο, περιτριγυρισμένο από δέντρα αποτελούν φυσική σκιά ειδικά το καλοκαίρι. Σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και καφέ είναι ευκολα προσβάσιμα. Υπάρχει διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ στην οικοδομή στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο καθώς και απέναντι από την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας, στο δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης του πάρκου των καταρρακτών
