Private Residence with parking consisting of 4 spacious Suites stylish decorated. Located directly in front of Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center Park in Delta Phaleron. In addition to a private Suite guest would have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with dining area with WC.
Professional hotelier team with 3 Hotels and 3 Residences.
The amazing Park on Athens Riviera. 10 min ride from Acropolis the beaches and Piraeus Port. The perfect hub. In front of Athens National Library and the National Opera house. Walking distance to Floisvos Yacths Marina, Kallithea Marina and SEF Yachts Marina.
