A luxury 3-bedroom villa of 172 m² in a quiet setting of 2.000 m² mature gardens, with stunning sea views and a private swimming pool. This villa is well-suited to either a couple seeking privacy, or a family vacation. It is overlooking Mongonisi bay and the blue Ionian Sea, located less than 5 kilometres from Paxos main village Gaios. A wealth of indoor and outdoor amenities awaits you at this secluded villa. Large elevated terrace overlooking the Mogonissi bay with panoramic sea views, with sitting and dining areas shaded by 2 pergolas with remote ctrl retractable awnings, and private infinity swimming pool (53 sq.m.) with Jacuzzi. Inside there’s free Wi-Fi access, satellite smart TV, Home cinema and a lot more to make your stay an extremely pleasant one. An electronic gate leads you into the property and there’s a secure shaded garage area for your rental car. Built over two floors, Andromeda House interiors are decorated in an inviting contemporary style, in cream and earthy tones creating a relaxing and peaceful space.
