Anemone Villa is a gateway for truly uncompromising vacations at Halkidiki peninsula! Villa is situated amongst lush gardens in secluded area; however the sandy beach, restaurants, shops and entertainments of the resort are located just steps away from it. Although the design of the villa is drenched with Greek traditions, this have been done not at the expense of comfort – luxurious decorations and state-of-the-art technology perfectly fit the interior and have their special contribution in creating the atmosphere of coziness. Anemone Villa offers its guests three separate bedrooms, spacious open plan living room in its turn is equipped with two sofas, a fireplace and a Samsung 49’’ satellite TV. Right next to it you can find a full-fledged kitchen with appliances by Miele: bicameral refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. All the rooms are also equipped with individual A/C. It also worth mentioning that at Anemone Villa guests also benefit from outdoor veranda with a hot tub, covered patio with dinning zone, sofas and pendant armchair, outdoor shared pool for adults with kids section (the pool is closed 20th Sep - 15th June). Welcome gift: bottle of wine, water, seasonal fruits. Long stay welcome gift (10+ days stay): bottle of wine, water, seasonal fruits as well breakfast basket (coffee, tea, bread, etc.) Climate Resilience Tax must be paid by guest on the spot: 4 euros per Villa per night for stay from November to March, 15 euros per Villa per night for stay from April to October.

Sani camping) - Bousoulas - Sea You - Anemos Pop up Beach *(sunbeds & umbrellas are subject to availability). **Additionally, on all beaches next to the umbrellas, there is a free space available for the guests to set up their own umbrellas with no extra charge. Otherwise, the guests can visit other organized and non-organized (free) beaches in the area (accessible by car).
