It is located just a few hundred meters from the stunning Triopetra beach and only 10–15 minutes from the beautiful Agios Pavlos beach and Ligres beach, where visitors can enjoy traditional dishes, experience peace and relaxation under the warm Cretan sun, swim in crystal‑clear waters, and create unforgettable memories. Property layout: The accommodation is laid out on the ground floor. There are no stairs in the property. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun-drenched front patio, or escape the heat on the naturally shaded back patio. In the afternoon, the roles reverse: the front cools down in the shade, while the backyard catches the sun—perfect for lounging on the sunbeds. Indoors: - Living room with a sofa (which can be converted into a double bed) and a Smart TV. - Bedroom with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m), a wardrobe, and air conditioning. - Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for four. - Bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
