Annadel flat is situated in a privileged area near the historical center of Athens.One of the most important facilities of the area is the easy accessibility to the apartment. The metro station “Neos Kosmos “is only 600m away and the tram way station “Baknana” is only 50m away.The flat offers a self-service breakfast and the possibility to prepare several meals. Next to the apartment are situated 3 super markets and two bakeries and patisserie corners which offer take away coffee,juices,beverages,sweets and ice creams. The master bedroom has a flat screen SMART TV 32'' and the living room a smart LED flat screen tv 50''. In the second bedroom there is a variety of activities for children such as books, board games, drawing books , wooden couloured pencils and wax pencils. In the terrasse you can find chaise longue chairs for sunbathing. The owner of the flat Anna and her husband Konstantinos are always available to inform you about everything in four languages. The cleaning lady Miranda is always available next to the apartment for all your needs. Our wish for you is to have a nice and comfortable accommodation and feel just like home. The big terrace of our penthouse offers you a relaxing accommodation with even sunbathing beds and view to Akropolis by night. Our Neighborhood of upper Neos Kosmos is a very quiet, family area very close to the city center and the beach line, but away from the noise of the big avenues. The metro and tram line have made the area a very famous spot for the real estate market. Our block is full of stores and facilities and our neighbours in the building, are very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak foreign languages! Our building is situated among various malls for shopping and entertainment such as THE ATHENS METRO MALL and THE ATHENS HEART MALL. By using the tramway in front of the flat you can easily reach -at 2 stops- one of the most popular squares in ATHENS, THE SQUARE OF NEA SMYRNI or you can reach only in 20 minutes the most popular beaches and cafes in ATHENS RIVIERA SIDE from FLOISVOS to GLYFADA. The ANNADEL FLAT team is 24 hours available to inform you about day or night life in Athens!
