Apanema Mindfulness is our all-year-round-open villa complex in Lefkada, Ionian Islands, Greece. 4 luxury stone villas. Heated swimming pool. Massage hut. Swedish sauna. Mindfulness & Yoga Studio. Herb garden. Plus a Zen Garden with native plants for relaxing and practicing mindfulness.
People say they Feel this place. They can't explain it exactly. They just say this is a special, Rare place to Be. It could be the natural surrounding environment and the abundant trees and nature around. It could be the bird songs. It could be the flowing energy of this place. Or it is just a nice place in a lovely location.
Apanema Mindfuless is the name. Lefkada Island is our loving host in Greece. Asprogerakata is the village.
Our resort accommodates up to 18 guests in 4 luxury stone villas. Each villa can be booked individually, or the resort can be booked entirely for private events, weddings, team-buildings, biking & hiking trips.
We organise private Mindfulness Retreats for small groups in low season from September until June.

Lefkada is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, and even in the Mediterranean. It stands out with its unique natural beauty, lush mountains, turqoise clean beaches, great culture and a wonderful climate all year round. Lefkada (Lefkas) is the only island that is connected to Mainland Greece by road, providing easy access to visitors. During your stay on Lefkada Island, you can spend endless hours swimming and sunbathing at its lovely beaches. On the northwestern side, we suggest going to the beautiful beaches of Pefkoulia, Agios Nikitas, Kathisma, Milos, Megali Petra, Agios Ioannis. Travelling towards the south west side, you will find the wonderful beaches of Egremni, Porto Katsiki and Vassiliki, the latter being a favourite of windsurfers. We will give you lots of information when you arrive and advice on where to go, what to do and where to eat. We are here to give you that unforgettable stay.
