Apartment 45m2 in Asprovalta, it includes: Living room, kitchen, cooker, bedroom, 2 sofas (1 has a sliding bed underneath), new sliding closets, iron with ironing board, 2 TVs, no internet, air-conditioner, new washing machine, hot water, wc (with shower), balcony (new awnings), seaview, outdoor shower, yard, external insulation. Up to 5 persons can be accommodated at the house. Outdoor parking spaces. The sea is forward you.
It is indeed my great pleasure to welcome my guests, I look forward to getting to know them in person with a very warm welcome!!! I offer a neat, clean and fully equipped home with all amenities that is ideal for leisure trips in summer with seaview. Every year there are various additions and renewals such as new washing machine, new balcony awnings, new wardrobes, and external insulation. Trust that your stay with me will be pleasant and comfortable by serving all questions!!
In the complex there is respect for the neighbors and quietness during common quiet hours and in general. People are welcoming and available to offer help and information. The home is close to many restaurants, shops and attractions, making it easy to explore the area by foot, car or public transport. Asprovalta center it is 5min via car.
