Property info

Penelope Apartment Hotel situated on the side of a hill in Dasia, with panoramic views of the sea, Gouvia marina, and nearby hills. Our hotel is family run and has 16 apartments, complete with kitchens and balconies. All apartments have their own private entrances, independent of the lobby. Wi-Fi is free in all areas of the hotel. The lobby hosts the reception and conscierge services. It is decorated with antique 19th century furniture from Corfu. Three large paintings depict Ulysses' arrival at Corfu where he met Nausica. The lobby and reception open at 8:30am and close at 8:30pm. Guests that arrive outside this time bracket need to inform the front desk 24 hours in advance, please keep this in mind for last minute bookings. There is no charge for a late arrival. We have a large swimming pool with sea view, its dimensions are 21x11 meters and it is almost 3 meters deep!!! Perfect for avid swimmers! There is a kids pool next to it. Sunloungers and umbrellas are free for guests. The gardens are well tended, with olive trees, various fruit trees, cypresses, roses and other flowers, and numerous aromatic plants. While we do have some exotic plants, most are native to the mediterrannean flora. Paved paths lead through the gardens from the rooms to the pool are and are lit at night. We serve breakfast, snacks and drinks on a shady patio by the pool. Operating hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. The bar / breakfast area opens on June 1st and closes on September 30th.

Dasia, which means forest in Greek, is one of the first and most privileged tourist areas in Corfu, and has been accepting tourists since the 1950ies. Today it is home to many hotels and villas, including some of the biggest and most prestigious hotels of the island. Many shops, restaurants, cafes and mini-markets cater to your needs. Dasia beach is quiet and accessible on foot, a few hundred meters away. Corfu town is near, at 12 km, a 25 minute ride by bus, or 20 minutes by car. Being centrally placed on the island, it is ideally located for you to start your daily explorations.
