About this space :  This romantic, newly renovated one bedroom apartment is ideal for a business trip or a vacation, either for a couple or a couple with children. The apartment is located off a quiet street, a few blocks behind the “Leoforos Poseidonos” Avenue, in Paleo Faliro. This seafront neighbourhood on the Athens Riviera has a large marina with many restaurants and a good sand beach. The apartment is on the ground floor with an independent entrance and a small private garden. Within a well-arranged area of 48 square meters, there is a living room with attached kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size double bed, a bathroom, and an entrance hall with large closets. The living room is equipped with a nice comfy sofa-bed, a luxury dining table for 4 persons, a flat-screen smart TV and a brand new, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons. A wall safe and security cameras for the front and back door are also available. Excellent high speed Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge
