The Most Spectacular Panoramic View in Vouliagmeni ! Located on the 4th Floor, this bright, airy, and recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is an absolute treasure ! Wake up to Aegean sunrises and watch magnificent colorful sunsets. Gorgeous and unmatched views. 20sm terrace to dine al fresco or just enjoy the unique panoramic views of Vouliagmeni Bay. Tastefully furnished, and beautifully appointed with modern colors, high quality accessories, designer kitchen and lighting, all inspired by the endless turquoise colors of the sea. Beach access and white sandy beach across the street, organized with lounge chairs. Walking distance to downtown Vouliagmeni, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Organic grocery store, Parks, Butcher, Lake Vouliagmeni, Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel, Astir Marina, Astir Beach, Kavouri Beach, and hiking trails nearby. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature King Size beds with luxury linens and Bedroom 3 has the option of either a Queen Bed or 2 twin beds. Master Bathroom hosts a large shower and combination washer/dryer. I enjoy cooking and entertaining so you will have all of the necessary accessories in order to host guests for sunset cocktails on the stunning terrace or a lovely dinner. As well, I am and avid water-skier swimmer, and tennis player. Vouliagmeni and the location of this apartment is a wonderful venue for active adults and children as you can find almost any activity within minutes. I also know the area very well and can offer suggestions for restaurants, hair salons, nails salons, massages, shopping, etc...

Located in the affluent suburb of the Athenian Riviera, Vouliagmeni is well-known as an exclusive area for Athenians, and more recently, has an added sun-kissed glamour. Located 17km from the center of Athens, and built on the Saronic Coast, it is the only green suburb on the Saronic Coast. The beaches of Vouliagmeni have consistently maintained Blue Flags for many years due to the excellent quality of their turquoise waters.
