AQUA, meaning the water, is an independent modern retreat of 100 sq.m., accommodating 6 guests in a spacious living area with open plan fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with en suite facilities, all on the same level. Its spacious area of private terraces, dining areas and lounge are furnished for guests every need. The 8X4 m. swimming pool is privately situated for meditation, relaxation and enjoyment of the spectacular sunsets. The entrance of AQUA is from the parking area through a spacious terrace with dining area for 10 guests and leads to the living room, dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. At the left there is one bedroom with double bed with access to private veranda with sea view. At the right of the living room there is a hall leading to 2 bedrooms:one bedroom with king size bed with access to private veranda and sea view, and another bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined together if requested), and view to the outdoor area. All bedrooms as well as the living room offer A/C, flat TV, WiFi. From the living room there is a dining area for 14 guests, lounge areas and the private pool with stunning views to the blue Aegean and to the port of Parikia.

We built our house there because the land is privileged. It is near Parikia and at the edge of the hill so to enjoy privacy. Above all, its stunning view made us take the final decision. The view is panoramic as it overlooks the magnificent blue Aegean, its islands and the beautiful landscape of the island itself.Last but not least the sandy beaches are very close.Two years ago we started having our house renovated and furnished it with high standard materials and ideas. Our aim was that you would feel the luxury and the calmness needed in your vacations.When you will be visiting our home, your senses will be embraced by the sea breeze, the touch of the sun, the wideness of the blue sea, the smell of rosemary.You will also feel happy with the most romantic sunsets you ever experienced with unexpected colors. You may enjoy the sailing boats playing in the sea, and the fishing boats early in the morning and late in the evening coming back from their daily trip.In the full moon nights, the sea will turn to sparkling bronze!In our home your senses will rejoiced in every way, with privacy, while you will be relaxing in a chaise longue, having a drink or dinner in the pool area!
