Architect’s House is a traditional stone built house located in the quaint village of Spanochori, yet only minutes away from Lefkas Town. Built, over 150 years ago, it has withstood the test of time with the main stonework still in place. The villa has been renovated beautifully and it is now a very comfortable and stylish property, perfect for families or couples who are looking for a truly peaceful and relaxing holiday. Carefully designed as a spacious and comfortable holiday home leaving guests feeling refreshed by its bright and airy design. Walk through the private courtyard to the main entrance and straight into the very spacious open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything a comfortable home needs. The Double Bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, located on the ground floor and has its own access to the courtyard and garden with built BBQ. The wooden staircase leads to three more bedrooms on the upper floor. All the bedrooms on the upper floor can be made up as doubles on twins and and they all have en-suite bathrooms. The private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off when you don’t want to go out to the beach.

Architect's House is perfectly located very close to Lefkas Town and the beaches of the west coast. Lefkas Town is about ten minutes drive and with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes it is the perfect place to spend the day or evening. Milos beach to the north of the town is famous for kite surfing and just to the west of the kite surf beach is Agios Ioannis, a perfect family beach, so this place caters for the whole family and interests. The west coast with the famous beaches of Kathisma, Milos, Pefkoulia, Kalamitsi and others is about 15 minutes drive and there are many beautiful restaurants on the beach and in the hills on the way where you can enjoy amazing sea views and the best sunsets ever experienced.
