Gail, Jason and family welcome you to our home, Argo Villa. Our lovely Villa is set in the working village of Kalyves, where a perfect combination of vibrant and relaxing, give you the best of both worlds! One of the main features of Argo Villa is its location; a stone’s throw from the center makes you feel part of village life, while being far enough out to still be private and peaceful. Kalyves has many amenities, all within walking distance of the villa; these including shops, a bank, various ATMs, a post office, cafes and traditional restaurants. It also boasts three sandy beaches, one of which is minutes away from Argo Villa! The house was designed to take advantage of its views of the famous White Mountains, which you can enjoy from the comfort of the living room and pool area! The garden is a mixture of olive and fruit trees and guest are invited to pick their own plums, when in season! Argo Villa normally sleeps 8 (but can accept an extra 3 on request) The ground floor consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a large comfortable living room with patio doors leading out to the pool and patio area, where there is a barbeque at your disposal. There is a downstairs Double bed room with an en-suit bathroom with patio doors that also lead out to the pool area. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms. One with King size bed and one Twin bedded room, off which is a Mezzanine with two twin beds plus a seating area with couch which can (on request) convert to a bed, a library stocked with books and games. Upstairs you will also find a family bathroom with a wet room shower. There is access to a large private upstairs terrace, which has both sea and mountains views. Argo Villa is suitable for families and couples. Out of respect for other local residents, young singles groups looking to ‘party’ are advised to seek alternative accommodation. Wi-Fi services are available. Argo Villa has a no smoking policy indoors

Gail & Jason retain a small basement annex on the property and are always available to assist you with your holiday needs. We make every effort to be friendly yet discreet, allowing you the privacy, of a peaceful relaxing holiday. We look forward to meeting new guests and reuniting with those who over the years have become old friends.

Argo Villa is situated in a peaceful, family friendly neighbourhood, within easy access to both village and countryside. For those who enjoy walking, jogging or cycling, simply turn left out of our gate and you’re already on one of the of many beautiful trails through the countryside!
