An amazing, newly built (2017), high tech luxury villa "Provence" with a fantastic sea view, situated 1 km from Arillas sandy beach, in a quiet neighborhood.
It consists of an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with a built-in oven and dishwasher, a large living/dining room with large, folding windows looking out to the sea, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sea view bedroom and a mezzanine level that could be used as an extra bedroom or an office.
The outside space consists of a 26 sqm private swimming pool, an outside sitting area under a pergola, a private parking place in front of the house and a back garden. There is internet, home cinema and satelite TV.
Arillas Hillside Villa, built with the latest technology and at the same time in accordance with the architecture of Greek houses in Corfu, is perfectly located overlooking the Ionian Sea and the sunset, between the mountains and the headlands of Agios Stephanos and Agios Georgios.
Arilla's beach has been awarded the Blue Flag. The FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) international quality label has been awarded since 1978 only to those beaches that meet the stringent requirements for cleanliness, organization, safety and environmental protection on the beach.
An elegant house in the mountains and yet directly on the sea, a dream for families and couples alike.
The whole house is decorated with a beautiful Provencal style. It was thought of everything to make a holiday as comfortable as possible. From a bedroom and living room you can enjoy the magnificent views of Arillas and the Ionian Sea. The pool area has a sofa, armchairs and sun loungers, with a huge 3-meter sun umbrella which is 360 degrees reversible. Under pergola you can grill, dine, drink wine and enjoy the sunset, all at the edge of a swimming pool.
Arillas is a very special place that offers not only simple relaxation, but also organized excursions and walks, boat, bicycles, cars, scooters, motorcycles, quads rental.
There are many restaurants and taverns, with entertainment in the local style, with Greek music, traditional village dances and tasty Greek food.
But Arillas Hillside Villa is also an ideal base for exploring the nearby resorts of Agios Stefanos and Agios Georgios, the picturesque mountain village of Afionas and breathtaking cliff-top views of Loggas and Drastis.
Another attraction of Arillas is the Corfu Microbrewery. They produce 6 different beers, plus a ginger beer with alcohol, and they were selected by British pub chain JD Wetherspoon to produce a special beer called Koroibos. They have international recognition and are also very active locally. All products are fresh and unpasteurized and many claim that the best beer in Greece is made in Arillas!
