Very close to Apollonia, where within 10 minutes walking distance to the heart of the island, but also far away from the noise and prying eyes, to ensure the necessary individuality of holidays, waiting for you our home to embrace you with the beauty of Greek artwork and to relax with the view of the Aegean Sea. The house is built with bioclimatic traditional architecture and ecological materials. It has large and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside there are three large terraces, one covered, where you can enjoy your meals. The view to the east reaches the horizon of the Aegean Sea, overlooking the islands of Paros, Antiparos, Ios and Folegandros. From every part of the house, from the outside and inside, from every room, the view is breathtaking to the beautiful Sifnos landscapes that the sun bathes and to the archipelago that sits in the deep blue.

In the bedroom, there is a large double built-in bed that overlooks the Aegean Sea, with beautiful traditional built-in wardrobes with irregular plaster, adjusting the senses to the primordial materials of wood and stone. In the second bedroom, with the same view of the almond trees, the lavender and the olive trees, the white houses of the Cyclades and the sea, dominates by a neoclassical style bed, a typical bed bug of the Greek bourgeoisie of the last century. The bathroom is comfortable, with two windows and built-in details that follow the architecture of the Cyclades interior. The kitchen itself is also built in, with color changes to the tiles with three openings around and a door leading directly to the covered terrace where there is a wooden dining table for 8 people. Finally, the central hall is connected to the two terraces, with one of the most beautiful windows in the Aegean with three openings. It is built with a high height and a special skylight for changing air. It is a traditional 8-person dining area, with a traditional siphon pantry, a large and comfortable 4-person sofa, with a TV and high-quality audio system.

The house is set in a beautiful Mediterranean setting, offering tranquility, discretion and tranquility amidst lemons, almonds and figs, and fragrant herbs such as sage and oregano are everywhere. About 100 meters away there are some permanent homes. There is never any discomfort from cars or other annoying noises or disturbing situations. For larger groups of guests, it is possible to rent a second residence, located in the same surroundings, with independent entrance, with a capacity of 4 persons (Cycladic vineyard house). Because the house is in the middle of the island, you can reach all the beaches in about 15 minutes, either by car or scooter or bus. At the same time, you need to walk to the center of Apollonia, where there is a bus stop. By car you need 2 minutes. The bus stop and the island's supermarkets are about 600 meters from the house. The bus to Vathi goes outside the house. The path of the house is connected with the walking paths suggested by the maps and is very close to the beginning of the famous path of Prophet Elias.
