On the wonderful Athenian Riviera, a bustling restaurant district with direct access to the sea and the Floisvos Marina for island getaways. The unique architecture of the villa, on three levels with an elevator, the hydromassage, the oven for baking bread, the blackout curtains, the air conditioning autonomy, are delights to melt in well-being. The view of the Acropolis from the house, the hug-shaped balconies. The wonderful sunset next to the wave of our beach. The secrets we will reveal to you to discover the most beautiful corners of our city. Live near us, like locals! Kids love the levels of the house and the specially designed areas. In the mezzanine-inner balcony there is an exercise bike. Our mattresses are all hypoallergenic with memory foam toppers. The equipment of the house is more than adequate. The popular fruit and vegetable market is on our street every Friday The means of transport Tram and Bus nearby.

The neighborhood is quiet. The main street "Alexander" is only a few minutes walk, and has many shops and restaurants. The beach is a 10- 15 min walk, The kinder garden and yacht marina "Flisvos" are in walking distance, Stavros Niarchos Foudation center is 900meters. The fle market with fresh products , take place infrond every Friday. Delivery system is easy for our home.
