The traditional residence has 2 levels! The ground floor is a studio 17m² without balcony ,the furnishing and all of the appliances are brand new (bought in 2023) and of high quality. The room provides new and top quality mattres and pillows, Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, , a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. On the first floor the apartment is 55m², fully reconstructed in 2010. The furnishing and all of the appliances are brand new (bought in 2016) and of high quality. In the house there are 2 bedrooms with new and top quality mattresses and pillows, Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, balcony with great view, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Athanasia's house can accommodate up to 3 people, as it has one queen bedroom (160x200 cm) and one single with a semi-double bed (120x200 cm).Our apartment also has a 200 lt solar water heater, which means that you'll have always hot water.Balcony with sea view. Bed linen, bath and beach towels provided!

In the surroundings area, within a walking distance of 20-50 meters, you could find grocery store, traditional bakery, restaurants, café and pharmacy. All these amenities, combined with the simple traditional design of our house, make “Athanasia’s” House the ideal place to enjoy memorable Holidays,during the whole year and especially during the Greek Summer!
