The loft is in the most prestigious neighbourhood of Athens right in the middle of Athens Riviera. The two separate apartments, united by an enormous terrace of 250 sq.m., features a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding hills and coast. One feels welcome and relaxed in a home with attention to small details to satisfy every need. It is not just the location, the elegant minimalism, the sense of ample space surrounding this top floor loft. It is also the positive energy this place brings. Relax by gazing the sunset, read your favorite book lying comfortably in the lounge chair, enjoy a candle light evening dinner under the stars or a movie at the open cinema nearby. It is a place which has been loved generously, and is awaiting to be loved by you too, by making your stay unforgettable!

I have spent nearly my entire life by the sea. Growing up in Vouliagmeni, I filled my summers with swimming, water skiing, and playing water polo. I simply cannot imagine living anywhere else in the world. For 25 years, I worked as Head of Marketing in some of the country’s leading multinational firms. While I collected countless frequent flyer miles, nothing has ever brought me greater joy than the sun and the sea of my beloved Vouliagmeni, all year round. In recent years, I have expanded my professional path into real estate, working as a consultant in the Athens Riviera area, assisting people from around the world in finding their ideal home or investment. Through this experience, I’ve come to understand how important it is for a place to feel not just beautiful, but truly welcoming. This is what naturally drew me to hospitality. I love creating experiences, paying attention to every detail, and making people feel at home. It gives me real joy to welcome my guests and ensure they leave with wonderful memories.

Vouliagmeni, is an area of outstanding natural beauty and home of the luxury Four Seasons Astir Hotel and Vouliagmeni Thermal Spa Lake. Astir beach is just a 7’ walk from the Loft. Bars, taverns, restaurants to please every taste (from Matsuhisa Nobu to Zachos Grill) overlooking the bay, the brand new Marina with high end fashion stores and the Nautical Club, all are within reach.
