Luxurious attic with fantastic sea view ! Very close to city center , close enough in three different beaches. Inside the house almost everything is smart certificated , equipped with satellite TV . Next to the farmacy and the local first aid hospital .
Very welcoming neighborhood, quiet place with very ease access. It is well consider one of the most, if not the most prominent neighborhoods. High profile neighbors with low noise all around the block . Reach in schools area , for healthy child environment.
