Renovated in 2019, Avli Townhouse is located in the heart of Skopelos town, is in a two level home with the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom located on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed that sleeps comfortably two adults, the second bedroom has a semi-double bed that can sleep comfortably one adult or two children and the third bedroom has a single bed perfect for an adult or a child. Both second and third bedroom have access to a spacious balcony. There is also a spacious private patio ( known as Avli in Greek) located at the entrance of the house.
My husband and I are both born and raised in Skopelos Island. We have two properties on the island, we enjoy hosting and meeting new people every year. We are available to help you with your travels and answer all your question.
Avli Townhouse is located in the heart of Skopelos town, only a couple of minutes walking distance from restaurants, small traditional supermarkets and all the small retail stores. The port of Skopelos is only 5 minutes, walking distance, where there is a public parking that you can park your car. The Townhouse is accessible also by car but parking in the traditional town of Skopelos is prohibited. Even if Avli Townhouse is located in the center of Skopelos the property is located on a quiet street parallel to the main street where all the stores, bars, and restaurants are located.
