Quiet, green neighborhood, a stone's throw from the city center. There are many supermarkets and grocery stores (bakeries, grocery stores, cafes). The local beach is a 5-minute walk away. Comfortable and safe walking, to all the sights and points of interest of the city. Cycling is a great idea. Your car can be parked safely in the private parking lot of the house.
