Villa Bali Bay is an eco-friendly semidetached house of 160 sq. m located 50 m from sandy beach composed of two independed levels ground and first floor (a separate apartment on the third floor has separate entrance from another street and does not have any common areas with Bali Bay Villa. It is rented separately) and comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 4 bdr and up to 2 extra guests on the sofas (additional fee). The villa has four bdr, three bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 sitting areas. The ground floor area of the villa is an independent suite 50 m2 that has a separate entrance and consist of 1 bedroom, living room, 2 sofas which can comfortably accommodate children; Smart TV 50 'inch with satellite channels. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Modern cozy kitchen-dining room equipped with a big refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machines, water filter ( Reverse Osmosis drinking Water) kettle etc. The first floor area consist of 110 m2 featuring a modern master bedroom with a Queen sized bed, SMART 43” inch TV, bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. A second bedroom with a Double bed, SMART TV 43’’ Inch,. The third children’s bedroom posses 2 single beds, kid’s wardrobe and shelves with children’s toys. The Kids Bedroom as well the adult bedroom share a second bathroom with double washing basin, bathtub and WC. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a balcony overlooking the garden, mountain and side sea view. The external of the villa consists of a beautiful private garden with secured children’s playground, a large BBQ area with marble kitchen, big dining table and external shower. The Cretan style rooftop of the BBQ together with nice music from WiFi device as well as smart TV provides shade for relaxation to enjoy and share pleasant moments with your family and friends!

I was born in Heraklion but immediately after graduating from secondary school, I left for Dusseldorf, Germany, to continue my studies in the German language. From 1988 onwards I worked in the tourism industry in Central Europe, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. After graduating from the well known hotel school Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland in 2006 I returned to Crete where I have worked in managerial positions in five-star hotels. My spouse Anna and I are at your disposal for anything you might need during your stay and we will do our best to ensure you have a great time at Bali Bay Villa!

Dear guests, the house is located in very nice touristic village Bali few steps away from sandy beach Varcotopos. On the beach there are taverns, pizzaria, cafe, bar for you to anjoy! There are few mini markets, and supermarkets located in 50-250 m from the villa. In the next bay 7-10 min walk you will find different water sports. There is also brand New Spa Salon (5-7 min walk) which offers manicure, pedicure, hairdresser , Fish Spa and other services. Actually there are everything you might need for spending great relaxing holidays by the sea!!
