The positioning of the residences takes advantage of the topographical differences created by the equidistant curves and integrates seamlessly into the landscape, with the final section (to the south) being subterranean. Each residence features a primary façade, slightly oriented to the west compared to its adjacent counterpart. Specifically, the orientation of the main façade starts from northwest in the northernmost section and ends southwest in the southernmost. This aims to provide a morphological interest in the composition and privacy in the outdoor spaces of the residences. The complex consists of three independent residences, each comprising a main living area with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and a loft with a vaulted roof. Additionally, there are ground-level segments with bedroom spaces, bathrooms, and storage areas.
