Beach house is a modern, fully equipped flat with a large garden full of flowers, trees, barbecue and access to the beach. Our beach is in front of the yard, only 50 meters, and is clean and suitable for children. There are umbrellas and beach chairs (free of charge) so you can enjoy every moment of the beach and the sun. From the balcony the view is amazing, especially during the sunset. The kitchen is ideal for preparing your meals and the bedrooms are comfortable, air conditioned (both) and designed for relaxing. The large family table in the balcony is the best place for enjoying the meals, drinking cocktails, reading or just making dreams! If you enjoy barbeque in the yard is a kiosk with bbq, small refrigerator and a big family table. We are pet friendly house so you can bring your friend with you! Please just inform me. Beach home is the best place for couples, children and of course furry pets. P.S. In the garden there are sometimes the family dogs, two boys, one Maltese and one Greek shepherd. Don't worry, there is a fence and mostly they are really friendly and cute!

I like the flowers, the sea and the sun and I feel lucky I have such a beautiful house suitable for relaxing and having fun with family and friends. I also like to meet new people, new cultures and I m looking forward to meet and host you in Beach house!
Beach house is located between Moudania and Potidaia and only few minutes away from the interchange for Sithonia. The distance from the airport is 58 Km and in 3 km there is a health center (just in case!) in Moudania. In the area there are many big hotels (with pools, water games and bars) as well many super markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants. The house is located in the first peninsula which is famous for the beaches, the beach bars and the night life. If you are looking for more privacy you can visit the 2nd peninsula where you can find some of the most famous beaches of Chalkidiki with blue-green sea water and pines near the sand. Don' t forget to taste the authentic Greek cuisine in the local restaurants and ouzeri and drink ouzo or tsipouro.
