At 6 minutes walking distance to the beach the house is made to provide ideal, relaxed holidays to families, couples, groups of friends. The property includes a contemporary, aesthetically sparse and beautiful house with its own garden, great for children and/or pets, a charming outdoors lounge area and verandas for dinner al fresco. It has 2 apartments totally separated from each other, each having its own private street entrance, garden and amenities that can, if required, by the opening of a separating garden door, unite the 2 gardens, thus accommodating a group of friends, two families, two couples. The Seaside Glow has a bedroom with a double bed and an open cozy mezzanine with two single beds, one bathroom and a spacious living room with an open kitchen.. From the 2 balconies you have views of the mountains and the beautiful sunset.
My mission is to provide you with the most beautiful, elegant, peaceful, well equipped setting for your amazing holidays on the beach. I will be happy to give you any assistance or guidance but will be present only if required.
The house is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, at only 6 minutes walking distance to the perfect sandy beach. You can walk in an old pine forest and swim in crystal waters, sunbathe or rest in the shade of a pine tree or go to the lounge chairs of a nearby beach bar. You can ride a horse to the magnificent sunrise, windsurf, canoe, dive, play beach volley. You can reserve a tennis court or visit one of the many archaeological sites of the general area, such as the "Marathon starting point", the Marathon Archaeological Museum, the "Marathon Run Museum",the "Tymvos Athinaion Marathonomahon", the nearby Isis and Serapis ancient temple site, the Ramnous temple of Nemesis. You can have lunch or dinner on the beach, and select from a range of restaurants, taverns, bars, shopping areas, and open air cinemas. The area is amazing as it is similar to the Greek island life, but is only half an hour to 40 minutes from Athens by car.
