Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the area, just a one-minute walk from the beach, so you can enjoy the sea whenever you like. You will also be close to shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it easy to explore, dine out, or pick up anything you need. Chalkida, the capital of Evia, is only a 10 km drive away, giving you quick access to the city while still enjoying a more relaxing setting. Inside, the apartment offers a comfortable remote-working setup with 50 Mbps Wi-Fi, a desk, and an ergonomic chair, while the panoramic sea view adds something truly special to your stay. For families traveling with little ones, a toddler bed is also available upon request.
