The house is located directly on the long beach of Kokkari. Although very central, it is still in a quiet location. You can reach the beach in just one step from the terrace. We provide sun beds and umbrellas free of charge. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

There are small supermarkets, bakeries, many cafés, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach everything on foot. Kokkari is also the starting point for beautiful hiking trails.
