Have fun with the whole family at this artistic and contemporary in-design penthouse apartment A newly renovated 80 m2 4th-floor apartment can accommodate up to 5 people providing everything for a short or long stay Located within walking distance from the center of town ( 4 blocks), mini market and the city's bus terminal Air conditioning in living room and both bedrooms. Whole apartment stays cool/warm. There is no central heating. Additional charge for additional child over 5 people - 10 EURO per night We do not issue invoices as we are not a hotel. As of January 1, 2025, there is an extra environment (lodging) fee charged to the guest - 2.00 euro for November 1 - March 31; and 8.00 euro for April 1 - October 31. We can suggest car rentals at discounted rates for our guests. Let us know if you’d like more details
