Property Information Welcome to Peroulades,an historic and traditional village in Corfu and to our peaceful and authentic home – a simple, private space that offers a warm welcome and easy access to some of the island’s most breathtaking spots. Currently,two rooms are available, tottaly renovated both of them. In the first room, there is a double bed and a wardrobe. In the second featuring two single beds, perfect for a family of four, friends, solo travelers, or anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable base near nature. There is a small living room with a sofa. The house has one bathroom, recently totally renovated, with shower and a laundry. The rooms, the living room and the bathroom are on the first floor of the cottage. The kitchen is an indippendent room, of the ground floor. So you don't need to worry about any lingering odors after cooking. There is a massive garden, perfect for a summer afternoon barbeque, with friends and family. We offer free private parking. The house is part of a traditional Corfiot residence, recently maintained inside to ensure a clean and functional stay. Outside, the home has been freshly rendered and is surrounded by a quiet courtyard – ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. 📍 The location is one of our biggest advantages: just 500 meters from Cape Drastis,a short drive to the romantic Canal d’Amour, the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos, and 300 meters away from the unforgettable views of Sunset Beach. Cleaning is done by us personally, with care and attention. We’re always available to help with local tips, directions, and hidden gems, making sure you feel at home and well cared for throughout your stay.
