This traditional, 60m2 island house is located in the central pedestrian street of Pythagorio (Samos),the most touristic developed area of the island, next to the magnificent harbor and all the cafes, bars and restaurants of the area. The beach (Asterias Beach) is just a 5-minute walk away, while the island's airport is only 3 km away. It is a fully furnished, organized home which can accommodate 3 guests, suitable especially for couples, families and business travelers. The house is the place for our summer holidays so it is decorated and furnished with beautiful traditional furniture in combination with modern items in excellent condition. The kitchen is newly refurbished and has everything you may need during your stay (kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, fridge). It has a fully functional bathroom with a washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a spacious wardrobe. It also has an Air condition and a large mirror! In the kitchen area there is a sofa bed and TV table set. Samos is an amazing island where you can enjoy delicious greek food and beautiful clean beaches! A Samos traditional wine (white or rose???), a greek homamade pie (spinach or cheese), homemade marmalade or Samos honey, some fresh fruits and some bottle of water will be waiting you in the house, upon your arrival. The house is located in the central pedestrian street of Pythagoreio (opposite traditional restaurant Genteki and next to the Folitsa shop) just 150 meters from the harbor of the area and next to all the tourist shops. Right next to it there is an ATM of a Greek bank as well as a special ATM for withdrawals from foreign banks. Additionally, there are nearby car, motorbike and bicycle rental shops.The bus station with routes for the most places, beaches, port and airport of the island is 50 meters away from the apartment.
