The farmhouse stands on the border of the estate with the sea, at the mouth of a small creek. It consists of an old ground-floor stone building, dating from 1880, hooked on the edge of the rock, which was used by the family for harvesting and processing the olive fruit, and next to it, an even newer stone building, with the classic typology of agricultural warehouses of the same era on the coast of Pelion, with the addition of a floor, in a recess. The whole has been recently renovated and is a single whole of approximately 160 square meters with underground auxiliary spaces and the possibility of autonomous operation of each section separately. The interior interventions, the visible stonework, the wooden ceilings, the visible roof, the colors, the furniture reproduce the traditional atmosphere of Pelion buildings of the end of the 19th century. with mixed elements of urban and rural architectural era.
