The house is approx. 95 m2 and is situated close to the beaches of Ag. Giannis and Psili Amnos, where are two tavernas. The distance from the house to Livadi, the port, is about 4 km. The house is located in the mountain landsacape above the main road as a part of a group of three detached houses. The nearest beach, Ag. Giannis beach, is very close to the house, and there is a seaview to this beach and the the Vous, the little bullshaped island, from the house. There is seaview from all the rooms. there are to big pergolas in front of the house which offers nice furnished and sheltered outdoor spaces. There are a number of good beaches in the area. The famous hotel Rizes, where there is a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant, is located not far from the house. The Space THE BIG HOUSE The house consists of the main part with one big and one smaller bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a combined living room with a fully equipped kitchen. There are several SMEG appliances, (fridge, food processor, electric kettle, milk skimmer), a stove with ventilator, a dish washing machine and a washing machine in the house. All the appliances are new. There is plenty of cupboard space in the house. This part is called the BIG HOUSE and sleeps 4 persons. THE STUDIO There is also a smaller part of the house consisting of one big bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a small fridge in this room. There is a separate outdoor space for this part of the house. This part sleeps two person and is called THE STUDIO. For the outdoor spaces there are two separate groups of furniture, one large table with six comfortable chairs. In addition there are three poufs. The Neighbourhood In the neighbourhood there is the Ag. Giannis beach facing south east. This is a quiet beautiful beach with no tavernas. There is another beach nearby, Psili Amnos, with two tavernas, and this is a Blue flag EU beach. The landscape is rural with a view to the sea and also to mountain tops. There are scattered houses in the surrounding area. Directions and helpful tips In the Summer season there is a bus connection from Livadi to the beaches.
