The Villa Sofia comprises of two floors which cover 140 ㎡. The Villa is separated in 3 fully equipment and completely private apartments with private entrances and balconies. The ground floor comprises one double apartment and one triple apartment. The upper floor is a quadruple apartment with two bedrooms. All the apartments offers equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, living room area and an amazing view to Meloi beach. There is also a spacious parking area.The Villa Sofia is an ideal option for big companies who prefer to be all together but keep their one apartment and privacy the same time.

This is one of the best places to rent on the island. You are just 5 minutes away from the Skala port and 5 minutes walking distance from the stunning Meloi beach. This is a great place for people that want to be in the heart of the island with access to any location they want.
