Beachfront Stone House in Northern Eviabay of Edipsos, in northern Evia. Recently renovated, this beautifully restored stone house offers a modern, fully equipped interior combined with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa comfortably accommodates 6–7 guests and features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. The house overlooks a calm bay with gentle waters, fishing boats and seabirds, creating a peaceful and authentic seaside setting. The outdoor area includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a brand-new gas BBQ, sun loungers, and two stand-up paddle boards available for guests. The villa is ideally located close to the famous Edipsos thermal springs, a short drive from Lichadonisia – often called the “Maldives of Greece”, and near the town of Edipsos with its many tavernas, cafés and local amenities. An excellent choice for families and couples seeking a high-quality, relaxing beachfront stay in a unique natural setting.
