A fully renovated studio in the summer of 2020. Everything is brand new with a lot of care and taste, fully equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Within the 30 sq.m of this studio up to two persons can be hosted comfortably. This studio features a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, an elegant WC with Greek marble countertop and a shower with hydromassage column. Τhis property offers heating/cooling with air conditioning, a flat screen 32' TV, a complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as a private balcony ovrtlooking the building's backyard. Strategically located right in the heart of the city, just few metres from the Law Court Building and from the city square. Piraeus Bank is on the other side of the block, coffee-shops, bakeries and markets are very close too. Ideal choice for couples, solo travelers & business travelers looking for peace and quiet, as they face the backyard of the building. Visitors can park on the street or in the nearby parking area. If you are looking for a place that will accommodate you in the best way so that you feel like your home, while enjoying high quality services, then you will definitely find what you are looking for here.
