Living Area: The main living area is designed for relaxation and comfort. It includes a double sofa bed, perfect for additional guests, along with amenities like a TV and air conditioning. The main space includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking meals. Bathrooms: The villa includes two modern bathrooms, both equipped with all essential facilities, ensuring suitability and comfort for all guests. Outdoor Features: Private Pool: The highlight of the outdoor area is the private 35-square-meter pool, perfect for cooling off during warm days and enjoying the mesmerizing sea view while relaxing. BBQ Amenity: Enjoy outdoor dining with the villa's barbecue facility. Outdoor furniture: Sunbathing beds and umbrellas are available for lounging and soaking up the sun in addition to a comfortable sitting area provided for relaxing and socializing outdoors. - Εvents are not allowed. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law.
