Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολυκατοικία της πόλης, ενώ ο εσωτερικός χώρος είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος και ολοκαίνουργιος, με μοντέρνα urban αισθητική. Πρόκειται για ενιαίο χώρο (open-plan studio) χωρίς ξεχωριστά δωμάτια, σχεδιασμένο για άνεση και λειτουργικότητα. Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο ποτάμι, με θέα στα βουνά και άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Η ιδιωτική βεράντα προσφέρει όμορφες στιγμές χαλάρωσης, ενώ πολύ κοντά υπάρχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.
Η γειτονιά είναι γεμάτη με νεοκλασικά κτίρια και προσφέρει μοναδική ατμόσφαιρα, συνδυάζοντας την ηρεμία του ποταμού με την ομορφιά του βουνού που δεσπόζει ακριβώς πίσω. Είναι το ιδανικό σημείο για να ζήσει κανείς την αυθεντική Φλώρινα, με όλα τα βασικά σημεία της πόλης σε απόσταση αναπνοής.
