"By The Sea" house is just 20 meters from the beach. It is a beautiful, newly built and modern house of 65sqm offering a garden of 500sqm and a terrace with wonderful sea views, barbecue facilities and outdoor showers. The air-conditioned house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, living room and fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking in the courtyard. By the sea is situated 31 km away from Petralona Cave and Museum of Halkidiki. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 62 km from the property.
Our goal is to ensure the ideal conditions for you to spend quality time with your family during your holidays.
Next to the beach there is an outdoor common area with benches and built-in tables. The neighborhood is quiet. Every morning there is a van selling bread and breakfast items. Also regularly passes grocery store. The village of N. Potidea is 3 km away, where there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, organized beaches and beach bars.
