Το πολυτελές διαμέρισμα "Callisto Plus Villa- 1st fllor" βρίσκεται σε σημείο της Πάρου με εκπληκτική αμφιθεατρική θέα στο ανατολικό και νότιο τμήμα του νησιού από όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τα στοιχεία του Αιγαίου καθώς και την πολυτέλεια και την ιδιωτικότητα ενός εξαιρετικού καταλύματος. Σχετικά μακρυά από τις υπερπλήρεις περιοχές του νησιού αλλά ταυτόχρονα μόνο 10 λεπτά από την πρωτεύουσα Παροικιά και Νάουσα και 1 λεπτό από τη Μάρπησσα, το Πίσω Λιβάδι και πολλές παραλίες.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ένα οικόπεδο 3 στρέμματα με πολλούς κήπους κλπ Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 300 μ. από την Μάρπησσα 5 λεπτά από super market ,restaurant,φαρμακειο και καφε. 700-800 μ. από τις παραλίες.Η περιοχή μας είναι στην εξοχή , ήσυχη χωρίς πολλά σπίτια και αυτοκίνητα οπότε συνδυάζουμε την άνεση , ηρεμία ,ησυχία και απόλαυση. Η μετακίνηση προς το σπίτι από το αεροδρόμιο (η το λιμάνι) μπορεί να γίνει με αμάξι , ταξί, λεωφορείο η μεταφορά με την βοήθειά μας. The house is located about 20 Km from the airport or 15 Km from the port. Close there are many beaches (from 500m and more). Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 20 Km από το αεροδρόμιο η 15 Km από το λιμάνι.Η απόσταση από την Παροικία είναι 15 Km και από την Νάουσα 10 Km. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι είναι βέβαια πιο εύκολη και άνετη με ιδιωτικό αυτοκίνητο. Το σπίτι είναι σε απόσταση 400 m από την στάση του λεωφορείου.( 5 λεπτά περπάτημα).
