Callisto is a 75 square meter, two-storey residence (first and second floor), located in one of the best areas on Tinos. It has a private entrance and can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. The house combines a perfect location near the city center, Cycladic architecture, and wonderful sea views from every point within the house. The first floor faces west and east, ensuring it is sunny all day. It consists of a spacious living/dining room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The interior design is inspired by Cycladic architecture, featuring stone floors, white and blue wooden frames, white wooden tables, and a fireplace. A modern sofa is harmoniously ombined with a large fixed sofa/bed. The residence offers panoramic sea views, giving guests the feeling of being on a ship. Additionally, the house overlooks a large communal garden with trees and includes an open terrace with outdoor furniture. Amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi (55 Mbps), a flat-screen TV (50 inches), air conditioning, and a washing machine. The second floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a pergola. The first bedroom has a large double bed and air conditioning, while the second has a single bed. The mattresses are anatomical, with dense foam material, providing a high level of comfort. Both bedrooms have sea views and access to a terrace with stunning 180-degree Aegean views and a Cycladic pergola. Guests can enjoy the sunset and the full moon on summer evenings. The house is environmentally friendly, equipped with a solar water heater and a pump that provides high-pressure water throughout the day.
The owner of the residence can provide recommendations for excursions to the beautiful villages and beaches of Tinos, and offer suggestions for dining and entertainment. He can also recommend places for great photos, as his favorite hobby is the photography.
The location of the residence is great, just a few minutes walk from the ferry port and close to restaurants, tavernes, bars and shops. A bus stop to Kionia Beach is located just in front of the residence. In addition, excursion to the popular villages and beaches of Tinos is easy since the bus station is within a 5 minute walk from the residence. Car parking is free on the street and at the nearby public parking spaces.
