More than just accommodation, this fully renovated traditional cave house offers a unique opportunity to experience the authentic Santorinian way of life. Hewn vertically into the volcanic rock, the house stays naturally warm in winter and cool in summer. The narrow-fronted rooms are carved into the soil without foundations: the parlour lies at the front, while the bedroom at the back is lit and ventilated through the parlour and a tiny air shaft. Designed according to traditional cave architecture yet adapted to modern comfort, Cally Cave House consists of four independent suites and can host up to 12 guests in total.
