These exceptional homes offer a sprawling 220m² outdoor haven, highlighted by a private 50m² pool (1.40m depth, non-heated) and a dedicated 6m² children's pool. Luxurious sun loungers beckon adults to relax, while al fresco dining unfolds by the outdoor BBQ (Gas) complete with a sink and fridge, perfect for savouring meals under the captivating sunset. With bespoke outdoor settings and refined tableware, theses retreats are the ultimate destination for those seeking luxurious living and an unforgettable holiday. For a bit of fun, the villa also offers outdoor toys, a foosball table, and a basketball hoop.
 The homes are thoughtfully styled with soft, tonal hues inspired by the surrounding landscape, resulting in a 140m² indoor space that is both captivating and serene. Each Villa features three uniquely styled bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (including one charming attic-style bedroom), plus an additional shared WC. The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests in real beds, with space for two additional guests on the double sofa bed in the living room, bringing the total capacity to 8 guests. *The villas are part of a unique complex “Calmo Villas”, were three villas in total are located, each featuring its own pool & facilities, kindly note that some areas may be overlooked. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
