Our cozy completely independent villa lays within a 400sq.m private garden, a breath away from the 5km long beach of Perissa with the unique black sand of Santorini! The plot is completely unattached from any other surrounding properties, private and safe! There are 4 spacious balconies all around the property with alternating views between the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor there is a luxurious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a modern toilet with shower, a 40" satellite TV with over 1000 channel options and A/C for climate control. On the second floor which communicates with downstairs via a wooden staircase, there is a bedroom with an 1.80m wide super king size bed, a second fully furnished bathroom with a shower, A/C system , satellite TV and a large furnished balcony with view to the sea. The bedroom also features an attic with an additional double floor bed! The house is full of windows with views both towards the sea and the local mountains. There is a large, shaded, private garden with patio furniture, ideal for your morning coffee or a long, relaxing afternoon drink or meal, as well as private car park.

The property is located a step away from the beach, in the picturesque village of Perissa. The beach of Perissa is one of the largest and most famous beaches of the volcanic island of Santorini. In the village you will find shops for your daily needs, taverns, restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as plenty of recreational activities like watersports and hiking. The distance to the city of Thira is only 12km (15mins by car) and 14km to the airport and they are both accessible by bus too! The village is located at the feet of the mountain of Mesa Vouno which separates Perissa from Kamari. Nearby you will find the most famous local archeological attractions, such as ancient Thira from where you can admire the wonderful panoramic view.
