The house is located in the South-West of Crete in the beautiful village "Livadia" close to the world famous beaches of Elafonisi, Kedrodasos and White Lake. It is the type of house someone would look to find peace and tranquility. The amazing climate of the area offers the possibility of residence in the autumn and winter as well. Next to the house you will find the traditional restaurant 'Gialites Taverna' that offers any food service of the cretan land you might look for. The house is small but covers all your necessities for a comfort living. For the nature adorers we offer a bicycle to explore the area free of charge. :)

The host lives pretty far from the house but he will try his best to be in your service if an emergency comes up.

The village offers great beaches (Apsanisa, Koutoulos), which are suitable for underwater fishing (equipment will be provided if needed) and easy access, provided a car, to world famous beaches such as Elafonisi, Falassarna and Balos. You can also visit the "Chrysoskalitissa" monastery and the special "Milia" village. Those visiting during the autumn months can watch or join in the traditional olive oil extraction.
